Eliezer Ben-Yehuda, nacido Eliezer Yitzhak Perelman (en ruso: Элиезер Ицхак Перельман, en hebreo: אליעזר יצחק פערלמאן) (Luzhki, actual provincia de Vítebsk, Bielorrusia, entonces del Imperio ruso, 7 de enero de 1858-Jerusalén, 16 de diciembre de 1922), fue un lexicógrafo y editor de periódicos lituano-judío; además, fue el principal artífice y responsable del renacimiento y la reimplantación de la lengua hebrea como lengua hablada y escrita en los tiempos modernos.[1]​ A lo largo de su vida, su lema fue "¡hebreo, habla hebreo!" (!עברי דבר עברית).
